VirusGard™ eMail Service is provided via monthly subscription, in blocks of 10 eMail boxes. If you’re a business who doesn’t use an on-site messaging system, such as Microsoft Exchange™ or Lotus Notes™, but rather uses a POP3 client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, or etc., then it's as little as $3 per month per mailbox. Virus filtering, antiSPAM filtering, and WebAccess are included.

If you use Microsoft Exchange™, Lotus Notes™ or other onsite internal SMTP Server package, then this solution is for you. You benefit from our VirusGard™ eMail Service, our superior antiSPAM technology, and you gain the advantage of our High Availability architecture for your eMail. All this for as little as $75.00 per month!
Your eMail will come to our VirusGard™ eMail Service first by making our VirusGard™ server(s) the Primary eMail (MX) record for your domain. We will then run your eMail through multiple virus scanners and over 30 SPAM tests, and then make an SMTP connection to your server and deliver the clean processed eMail. We will allocate 100mb of online storage to hold eMail that has tested positive for SPAM.
For your eMail administrator's convenience, we'll automatically delete eMail in the SPAMMAIL folder once the eMail is 30 days old (completely configurable). You also have the option of having the word "spammail" inserted as the first word of the "Subject:" line of each eMail that is identified as spam. Your users would then have a local rule on their desktop that moves their spam to another folder in their eMail program. It is that easy!
